Typographical Errors

ShaveFlix.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ShaveFlix.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Account

By signing up, you, the user, while able to suspend a subscription at any time, but you forfeit the right to have your account deleted or removed.

Video Activity

Users watching over 90% of a video can be: blocked, removed, or banned, without receiving a refund. Piracy is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of piracy can also lose access without refund at company's discretion. Users are responsible for cancellation prior to the monthly rebill if they do not want to be charged again. Failure to do so, will result in the monthly access to remain intact, and no refunds are warranted.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ShaveFlix.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Refund Policy

All sells are final, accidental entering of credit card information, or failure to cancel membership prior to rebill are two of many excuses that do not warrant a refund under any circumstances. International Copyright Law forbids the request or granting of any refund for view, or used digital content. UNLESS you use CCBill at checkout, which will be handled on a case by case basis by CCBill's Consumer Support Department.

Cancelation Policy

It is the responsibility of the user to cancel their subscriptions. It is also the right of the user to do so prior to rebilling, to prevent rebilling. While the ShaveFlix.com team is more than willing to provide a link to the steps (link here) to cancel, they will be UNABLE to cancel for you. Emailing a request does not constitute acknowledgement of cancellation. Only the user is able to cancel their respective membership(s).

You can cancel an active membership at anytime, To cancel an active recurring membership, you must be logged in, then simply click on my account, then under your account there is a link to cancel your account.

Banning Policy

It is the right of ShaveFlix.com to ban any user at any time, without explanation, without offering any applicable reasons. Usage far exceeding the average user of a user, viewing more than 85% of multiple videos, initiating a chargeback, or threat of initiating a chargeback are all grounds for temporary or permanent banning, at the sole discretion of ShaveFlix.com

Price Increases

ShaveFlix.com reserve the rights to raise the prices of products at its sole discretion. The cost of doing business and expenses incurred increasing can lead to increases of the prices on this site. At this time all active memberships will be grandfathered in at their current pricing, and will not be subject to any applicable price increases. If the user cancels, or allows their payment method to lapse, they will be subject to the new pricing once they rejoin, or reactive their subscriptions.
