Nicole had really long thick dark hair, this was the longest hair we have been able to find in a long time. Nicole met with our team four different times, each time deciding she preferred her hair, regardless of what we tried to offer her. Apparently the fifth time is the charm, and she picked up the pen and slapped a John Hancock on it. (That is slang for a signature for those who do not know.) Even after that, we still didn't think she would do it, to our surprise, she arrived, a little late, but arrived.
